  • While our pots are water-resistant, 3D prints are naturally slightly porous. We recommend placing a saucer underneath to protect delicate surfaces.

  • Absolutely. Our stands are designed with a wide base and reinforced internal structure to ensure they remain stable, even with heavy professional or gaming headsets.

  • Our cases are designed to hold cards already inside sleeves or top-loaders. We use chemically stable plastics, but for maximum protection, we always recommend "sleeving" your cards before placing them in the 3D-printed case to prevent any micro-scratches.

  • We love custom projects! If you see a design you like but want it in a specific colour not listed, please Contact Us and we will see if we can make it happen!

  • Due to the nature of 3D printing and different filament batches, slight colour variations or minor surface imperfections may occur. This makes every item unique!

Shipping

United Kingdom (Domestic)

Since we are based in the UK, domestic orders typically enjoy the fastest delivery times.

  • Delivery Times: Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days via 48hr Tracked Shipping.

United States

We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States.

  • Delivery Times: Typically 7–12 business days once dispatched.

  • Customs & Duties: We Ship all our orders to the US with Royal Mail DDP. This avoids delays at customs and you wont be charged at delivery of the item.

European Union (EU)

Due to the complexity of current EU import regulations and customs reforms, we do not ship to the European Union at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience to our EU-based customers.

General Shipping Terms

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Origin: All items are shipped from the UK.

  • Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to postal service strikes, seasonal peaks, or factors outside our control.

  • Address Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective. Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
